Case Study

Extraordinary Office Solutions is proud to have been serving the Chapel Hill business community since 2013.

One of our long term clients, iTicket.law™, powered by Hatley Law Office, was the inspiration for starting Extraordinary Office Solutions and our partnership has grown and deepened in the years since.

It all started with a phone call. iTicket needed a direct mail service to set their law firm apart from the competition. They knew they had great services to offer new clients, but how could they be sure that the iTicket letter would be the one to stand out in a client’s mailbox?

The solution: direct mailing with a personal touch and a social impact.

Each week, a crew of 8 – 9 Extraordinary Office Solutions employees works on iTicket’s mailing project. From printing, folding, stuffing envelopes, sorting, and delivering to the post office, our dedicated team handles everything. Every one of iTicket’s signature blue envelopes is stamped by hand for that personal touch that ensures their letters get opened.

The back of the iTicket envelope states, “The assembly of this mail provides employment for adults with developmental disabilities at Extraordinary Ventures.” This creates an additional incentive for those receiving the letters to choose iTicket as their legal representative.

It has been a fruitful partnership for both iTicket and Extraordinary Ventures.

Starting from a few letters a day in the beginning, the contract now covers over 1 million letters a year.

“Working with the amazing people at EV has not only allowed us to continue to grow across the state, but it also adds a wonderful and intangible feeling to our everyday work at iTicket.law. It is a special partnership and I am so thankful to be a part of it.”
– Tom Kuell, CEO

The expanded scope of the project has also afforded the employees at Extraordinary Office Solutions opportunities to gain new skills and take on additional responsibilities. As we invested in high tech mailing machines to increase capacity, our employees pivoted from processing the letters entirely by hand to learning to operate complex equipment. They rose to the challenge.

One thing that has not changed: we still hand stamp every one of iTicket’s signature blue envelopes. And that makes all the difference.
